Fundraising For JT McClintock and the WMU Formula SAE Team TO: THE FRIENDS OF JEREMIAH… FROM: Mike and Carol McClintock Our son, Jeremiah McClintock, is still a member of Western Michigan University’s Society of Automotive Engineers – Formula Racing Team. The Formula Racing Team is busy preparing for the 2012 FSAE competition. JT is scheduled to graduate from the Mechanical Engineering Program in April 2012. Every senior must complete a “senior project” as a requirement for graduation from this program. JT’s senior project is the design of the suspension for the SAE car that will compete May 9th-12th at Michigan International Speedway. The project is a challenging responsibility where the hours are high; but, unfortunately, the funds are low. Many students seek help from additional resources to help support this competition. Gene E. Henderson-Inducted to Sports Car Club Of America-Hall of Fame! SCCA HALL FAME - Gene Henderson Detroit Region's own Gene Henderson has been selected for induction to the SCCA Hall Fame. Gene was a champion and a promoter in North American TSD and SCCA PRO Rally for over 40 years. His family will be present for the induction at the SCCA National Convention on March 3, 2012.
