All signed up for 3 days of autocross mania. Ready to rock and roll. Err, maybe "roll" is not good for this particular event.
I was asked by my wife to stay at "the hotel closest to ice cream", but we ended up reserving at Lake Trail Resort instead.
Looking forward to a full session of tuning before 3 courses of racing.
I'm not sure if I can be there early enough on Friday to do set up, but I will do my darndest. Is set up starting at 10:00 or hoping to finish by 10:00?

Steve Alger, the SVR Solo Director and my co-chair, will have the equipment up on Thursday.
Please remember that we do not have access to the site until Friday. This is in the contract and any discrepancies I do not want to deal with.

I hope its no problem if I pull in Thursday evening with my trailer and set up a tent on the concrete. If it is, let me know and I'll make different arrangements. But this is what we did the last time we ran in Oscoda.

I will also be in Oscoda on Thursday and was hoping to get on site to start brain storming the T&T course. I will be co-chairing the event for the Detroit portion.
It would be great if we could at least get access to the site on Thursday night. Buy or Sell a home! Link
Jr Drivers will have their own seperate practice course available all weekend (located away from the cars) for no charge to the parents
I have a 4 and a 5 year old, that I am trying to get interested in motosports. Is there any objection if they take some laps on the Jr. driver practice course, with their electric PowerWheels?

I have updated some of the "Specialty Chief" positions. Still need to fill a few more.
There will be absolutly NO SETUP of ANY kind on Thursday.
We do not get access to the site until Friday.
Steve Alger & myself are the Event Chairs for the weekend festivities.
For Detroit Region results from the weekend, we will have "our" usual classes including the "PRO" class. This will be handled by "our" Solo Pointskeeper.
