To answer your questions, you do not have to pre pay to Register. I, myself will be handling the Registration for the Test N Tune people on Friday. We had some issues last year that will be avoided this year. If you are planning on competing in the event, the Test N Tune cost is $15. If you are planning on just Test N Tuning, the cost is $20. Awesome, all signed up, extremely excited. I'll do 41 runs in the TnT... And the Aspen Motor Inn is my favorite place, walking to ice cream, the canoe restaurant place, and 5 blocks from the town beach. Also least expensive! you don't need to prepay. At least they changed that message from a red banner to a yellow one. They don't get any money if you dont' prepay, so I think that's how they up their profits. You can click something that says "pay later" or something similar. If you show up on the online list, you are registered.
