I'm interested. I'm not familiar with the scoring format. Can you explain how it works?

Not really. There will be some practice laps, then some heats then some knock-out finals but everyone should get quite a few runs in.

I'm going to run a well used set of BFG G-Sport tires that are sitting on the wear bars. Don't have a set of R-compounds and not enough money to buy a new set....BoooHoo.
Are we allowed to run straight pipe (no muffler)? I promise to use the catalytic.

If it makes the car louder you can run anything. If you can get flames to shoot out of the back even better!!!!!!

I'm probably going to be running my all seasons I got laying around. I needed to replace them anyway for the winter so this gives me a good excuse when I wear these out.

Actually, for the guys who were running the pre-event test/tune. How rough is the dirt section? Are we going to see some grooming between some runs to take out the rough spots or is it going to get super rutted by the end of the event? I might do my best to get some other wheels than my forged BBS if I'm expected to take a pounding on some areas.

I didn't think it was too bad and I think it will hold up well. It won't see as many runs as a rallycross and we can move the main 180 out if we need to. Having said that this is rally.

The press release that they just sent out mentioned a lot about SuperMoto, but not much about the Rally cars. For example, they mentioned a practice on Friday, does that apply to the cars as well?

Not that I am aware of. This is a recce free rally. "Deal with it". (at least this is what I am always told whenever I ask a question while crewing for Alba Rallysport, LOL)

I'm fine with that - but if a practice is available it only makes sense to do it. Just wanted to confirm.

275/45/17 on 17x9 if I can find the right spacers for the front.  Not the 245's with no tread.  Atleast the victo's are about new and have a bit of tread.  i'll have my Kumho MX's, V700's and some knobby all seasons too.......   just to cover all the bases.

I'd be cool with just a parade lap.
